WeBox Terms and conditions for Customers, Coaches and Gyms.
〈 Unless otherwise specified, terms and conditions apply to all Customers, Coaches and Gyms of WeBoxApp.
〈 Special Note: Before starting any of the training sessions, please consult a qualified health professional to ensure your physical condition is appropriate for training and about whether the training program meets your individual needs. By using this application, you agree to assume all risks, damage and liability, etc. arising from attending the training sessions, using the training videos, or using the app.

China Sports Promotions Ltd. (including its affiliates, hereinafter referred to as “CSP” or “We”) is the actual developer and operator of the WeBox app (hereinafter “WeBox” or “the site” or “the app”). WeBox is a social fitness app where the user can follow the video training programs provided by WeBox or book a live training session or book live one on one sessions. The user will also be a part of a fitness community where users can share photos, and engage in the app. In addition to providing video courses, WeBox also provides on-line booking and electronic business functions. This Terms of Service agreement constitutes a contract between CSP, WeBox, the WeBox user (hereinafter “user” or “you” or “customer”), the WeBox Coach (hereinafter “coach” or “trainer” or “you”), and the WeBox Gym (hereinafter “gym” or “affiliate” or “gym partner” or “you”), concerning the above services provided by the WeBox app. Please read these Terms of Service carefully.

1. Confirmation and Acceptance of the Terms of Service
By accessing this site, downloading the WeBox app, and registering as a WeBox user, Coach or gym partner, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, which constitutes a binding legal document for both parties.

In accordance with national laws and regulations and website operation needs, we have the right to modify these terms from time to time. The revised terms of service, once posted on the site, become effective immediately and replace the previous terms of service. Users can log on at any time to review the latest terms of service content. You can determine when the terms were last revised by referring to the “Last Revised” date at the top of this page. If the user, Coach or gym partner does not agree with the updated terms of service, he/she should immediately stop using the services provided by this site. If the user, Coach or gym partner continues to use the services provided by this site, he or she shall be deemed to have agreed to the updated Terms of Service.

We recommend you read the Terms of Service in their entirety before using this site. If any part of this Terms of Service contract is revoked or deemed invalid or unenforceable for any reason, it shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

1.1. This site and its electronic services are owned and operated by CSP. By agreeing to the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy and completing the registration process, you become an official user, coach or gym partner of WeBox. The user, coach or gym partner acknowledges that the Terms of Service is a contract outlining the rights and obligations of both parties and is always valid. If the law is otherwise obligatory or the parties otherwise agree, it shall be governed by the provisions.
1.2. By agreeing to the terms of service, you are deemed to have confirmed that you have accepted liability for any injury, death or damages caused by participating in any activities provided by WeBox, its coaches and its gym partners.
1.3. By agreeing to the terms of service, you are deemed to have confirmed that you have sought appropriate medical advice and that you have confirmed you are in approved and suitable help to participate in any activities provided by WeBox, its coaches and its gym partners.
1.4. By agreeing to the terms of service, you are deemed to have confirmed that you have sought appropriate medical advice and you are confirming that any injury, death or damage to yourself is your sole liability.
1.5. Users under 18 years of age must have a parent’s or guardian’s permission to use this site’s curriculum services or make purchases. CSP shall not be held responsible for any damage, injury, death or loss incurred due to false identification provided by the user.
1.6. By agreeing to the terms of service, you are deemed to have confirmed that you are aware and accept the risks associated with any activity provided by WeBox, its coaches and its gym partners.
1.7. By agreeing to the terms of service, you are deemed to have confirmed that you are aware and accept the risks associated with Boxing as a full contact, combat sport, and you have sought appropriate medical advice and you are confirming that any injury, death or damage to yourself is your sole liability.
1.8. By agreeing to the terms of service, you are deemed to have confirmed that you have to enjoy the site to provide training, shopping and other services corresponding to the right of the ability and ability to act and youshall independently assume legal responsibility.
1.9. CSP reserves the right to deny services, close user, coach or gym partner accounts, clear or edit content, or cancel orders at it sole discretion.
1.10. CSP, in accordance with the law, agrees to provide users, coach or gym partner accounts with information and other services via the internet. You have the right to use the site-related services so long as you are in full compliance with the terms of service and other provisions of this site including, but not limited to, privacy policy, community conventions, community norms, and return policy.
1.11. The software copyright of the site and the copyright of all the information and content published on the App are protected by the copyright laws of the People’s Republic of China (including relevant laws and regulations) and the world copyright law, only for the purpose of free study, and research use. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, rental, exhibition, projection, broadcast, modification, translation, compilation, adaptation or reverse engineering of the contents of this website and the App is strictly prohibited. Should there be any of the preceding violation, CSP reserves its right to request the breaching party a liquidated damage of 100 million RMB yuan, and where the losses of CSP exceed the sum, CSP shall have the right to further request the breaching party to make up for all its losses.

Jurisdiction and Application
2.1. The enactment, execution and interpretation of these Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws in effect in the Mainland of the People ‘s Republic of China. 
2.2. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and the applicable law, these terms will be fully construed in accordance with the law and other valid terms will continue in effect. 
2.3. In the event of any dispute between the Parties regarding the content of this Article or its implementation, the Parties shall endeavor to settle the matter through friendly consultations. When the consultation fails, either party may bring a lawsuit in the People’s Court with jurisdiction where CSP is located.

3. Ownership and intellectual property clauses

3.4 The CSP (including its affiliates) is the owner and operator of the WeBox App, and has the legal right to keep the content, resources and software of the WeBox App, and is protected by the laws of the country. From time to time, modification or update, and posted in the App or directly update, there shall be no further notice to the user. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CSP (including its affiliates) shall have the right to interpret these terms and the contents of the WeBox App.
3.5 Except as otherwise expressly provided for by law, any unit or individual may not illegally copy, reproduce, cite, link, grab or otherwise illegally, in whole or in part, in any manner whatsoever without the express written permission of CSP (including its affiliates) other ways to use this site and WeBox App content within the information, otherwise, the CSP have the right to pursue their legal responsibility.
3.6 The information contained in this site and the WeBox App (such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, sound file clips, digital downloads, data editing and software) and all related software, are the exclusive property of CSP or its content providers which are protected by the laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China and international copyright laws and relevant laws and regulations.

4. Inventions, Copyrightable Works and Work Product
4.1 Definitons of Inventions, Works, and Work Product
4.1.1. “Inventions” shall mean all ideas, inventions and discoveries and improvements thereof, whether patentable or not.
4.1.2.“Works” shall mean all copyrightable works of authorship, including without limitation computer software, books, manuals and derivative versions thereof.
4.1.3.“Work Product” shall mean all work product resulting from services performed by all personnel and employee(s), including but not limited to computer programs, files, renderings, sketches, schematics, photographs, notes, drawings, and all material created as part of the Work Product or as part of the process of creating the Work Product, and all trade secrets and know-how and other confidential or proprietary information relating thereto.
4.2. Coaches agree that, with respect to any and all Inventions, Works and Work Product, which are related to the business activities of Webox and are conceived, made, authored or developed Webox during the term of, alone or jointly with others, whether during or outside the hours Coaches are providing services to Webox hereunder, whether with the use of equipment or other resources of Webox or not, such Inventions, Works and Work Product are being created at the instance of Webox.
4.3. Coaches agree that all rights of such Inventions, Works and Work Product, including without limitation all intellectual property rights, in and to such Inventions, Works and Work Product are intended to be the sole and exclusive property of Webox whether in accordance with this paragraph or pursuant to the following paragraph.
4.3.1. No rights in or to such Inventions, Works and Work Product or the use thereof are reserved to Coaches. If a copyrightable work of authorship, such Inventions, Works and Work Product are deemed to be a work made for hire under the Copyright Law of the People’s Republic of China and owned by Webox upon creation. If an invention, such Inventions, Works and Work Product are deemed to be owned by Webox under the Patent Law of the People’s Republic of China upon creation.
4.4. Coaches will disclose all Inventions, Works and Work Product, specific to Webox, promptly and fully to Webox in writing, and to no one else without its prior written consent. All information and documents (both hard and soft copies) concerning all Inventions, Works and Work Product shall be provided to Webox when requested and prior to any termination or rescission of Coach employment.

5. Confidentiality Policies
5.1.Coaches acknowledge that they may have access to confidential and proprietary information, which relates to Party A’s business and its employees including any verbal and written information, including but not limited, any contracts, Party A’s business and operations, clients, market strategy, trade secrets, technical, financial, marketing, contacts, contracts, know-how, intellectual property, vendors negotiations and or other forms of proprietary information (collectively, the “Confidential Information”).
5.1.2. Coaches agree to preserve and protect the confidentiality of the Confidential Information and not to disclose or use any Confidential Information without the prior written consent of Webox.
5.1.3. Coaches agree not to use the Confidential Information for personal purposes or for purposes other than the legitimate performance of Coaches’ obligations through their employment with Webox.
5.2. Webox shall comply with Coaches’ confidentiality obligations pursuant to this for the term of coaches’ employment and will survive and continue in perpetuity after the termination or rescission of employment.
5.3. Coaches shall comply with Webox’s confidentiality obligation and shall not disclose or have unauthorized use such confidential information or materials.
5.3.1. In the event of a breach, Coaches shall assume the liability for breach of contract and the liability for damages.
5.3.2. Coaches in breach shall be liable to Webox for all damages caused by such breach, including but not limited to, attorneys’ fees.

6. User Privacy Policy
6.1 The User acknowledges and agrees that in order to record the actual data of the User’s Training and to provide the Service to the Customer under the Electronic Commerce Function, we collect and integrate your personal information on your own voluntary basis including, but not limited to, Personal data (height, weight, health data, etc.), GPS location data, the consignee’s name, address, telephone, and so on.
6.2 Respect for user privacy is a basic policy of WeBox. Therefore, WeBox will not disclose to any third party the user’s registration information and any other information provided by the user for the benefit of the WeBox service except in the following cases:
6.2.1. prior authorization of the user’s explicit authorization or permission;
6.2.2. to comply with relevant laws and regulations, including inquiries in the relevant state organs, to provide them with the user’s registration information, user information published on this site and corresponding release time, Internet address or domain name;
6.2.3. in case of emergency efforts to safeguard the privacy of other users and the public safety;
6.2.4. any other circumstances that may be necessary under the terms of this Agreement or such other information as it may deem necessary.
6.2.4.1 In this case, if the third party agrees to assume responsibility for protecting the privacy of the user, WeBox may provide the user information to the third party, which will be specified in the Privacy Policy below.
6.3.CSP is the owner of the domain name and Keepoke.com, and we are obliged to respect the privacy of any person who visits this website. These Terms are intended to inform you of our policies and practices regarding the collection, use and disclosure of any personal information and anonymous information that you submit to us through the Website and the WeBox App.
6.3.1. “Personal Information” means that you upload through the WeBox Website or the WeBox App, including but not limited to name, address, email address, mobile phone number, social account number, personal GPS location data and sports data collected by App or other non-public information related to the above.

The user understands that, in the event that WeBox finds that the information he/she discloses is obviously one of the items listed in paragraph (1) of this article, WeBox shall be obliged to immediately stop the transmission and storage of the relevant records in accordance with the relevant laws of the People’s Republic of China. 8. Limitation of Liability And Non-Undertaking Guarantee

8.6. Users agree and understand that your boxing training through the WeBox app is provided by the boxing coach on behalf of CSP and the quality of service is guaranteed. CSP shall assume corresponding responsibilities within a reasonable scope. At the same time, in order to enhance the quality of service and undertake corporate social responsibility, CSP will provide you with the following service guarantee. For example: if sexual harassment, injury murder, theft, or robbery by a coach occurs, we will not be held responsible for any such personal behaviour of the coach, but we shall do our best to assist the user by providing them with all the information about the coach we have.

9. WeBox account registration rules
9.1 WeBox account registration information includes but is not limited to the user’s account name, picture, password, registration or updated account when you enter all the information and keep shopping in Keep all information filled out (including but not limited to the consignee name, Address, contact telephone, etc.).
9.2 When registering aWeBox account, the user shall undertake to abide by the laws and regulations of China, national interests and legitimate interests of citizens, public order, social morality and authenticity seven baseline information, and to ensure that the registration and use of WeBox accounts, shall not be the following situations:

Users use false information to cheat account name registration, or the account picture, profile and other registration information, and/or should there be illegal and bad information, CSP shall have the right to take notice deadline for the user to correct, and may suspend use, cancellation of registration and other measures against the violating user.
9.5. Users of fraudulent, affiliated institutions or social celebrities registered account name, CSP have the right to cancel its account number, and have Internet content authorities to report.
9.6. User’s personal information such as real name, mailing address, contact telephone number, e-mail address and so on when using this website service or order shopping and other activities will be kept strictly confidential unless authorized by the user or Law.
13.6.1. There are provisions, this site will not disclose to the outside world.
9.7. After the user successfully registers, will produce the user name and the password and so on account information, you may according to this stipulation change your password. 
13.7.1. Users should be cautious and reasonable to save, use their user name and password. 
9.7.2. If users find any illegal use of user accounts or the existence of security vulnerabilities, please immediately notify the site and report to the public security organs.
9.7.3. The loss caused to the user by the third party due to the failure to properly keep the account name and password of the user shall be borne by the user.
9.8. Your WeBox account is limited to your own use, which is strictly prohibited to allow third parties to use your WeBox account, or the user shall bear all the resulting responsibility, and the actual user shall bear joint and several liability.
13.8.1. The account cannot be transferred to others, only for the specific user.
9.9. According to the relevant laws and regulations, CSP have the right to authenticate registered users based on mobile phone numbers, e-mail, WeChat and other real identity information. For users who refuse authentic authentication, CSP reserves the rights to deny the user’s right to use the WeBox-related services and is entitled to restrict the use of services, close accounts and so on.
9.10. CSP has the right to cancel account numbers and report internet content to the authorities if there is fraudulent use of affiliated institutions’ or social celebrities’ registered account names.

10. Provision of training services
In order to meet the needs of user, Coach or gym partners acknowledges that WeBox specializes in providing electronic business services.
10.1 WeBox services for users
10.1.1. WeBox services include but are not limited to virtual, video training, booking for group classes, training programs, booking for one on one personal training.
10.1.2. Users use WeBox services at their own risk, WeBox is not liable for any injury, damages or death as a result of using the WeBox platform, WeBox app or WeBox services.
10.1.3. By using the WeBox app, WeBox platform, WeBox services, the user is agreeing to all the terms and conditions outlined. The user is also accepting that any, injury, damages or death as a result of using the WeBox platform, WeBox app or WeBox services remains the users liability.
10.1.4. The user further accepts that by using the WeBox app, WeBox platform, WeBox services, the user has consulted appropriate medical advice that allows them to partake in physical activity of this nature
10.1.5. The user further accepts that by using the WeBox app, WeBox platform, WeBox services, the user is aware that the activities provide by WeBox are physically demanding and involve full contact combat sports.
10.1.6. The user further accepts that by using the WeBox app, WeBox platform, WeBox services, the user is aware, they are responsible for their own safety and protection during classes. WeBox is not obliged to provide protective equipment for users.
10.1.7. Users may book, and trainers may accept, classes 1 hour from the start time in the case of trainer-on-demand bookings. Users may book, and trainers may accept, classes at least 3 hour hours from the start time in the case of re-bookings and multi-class bookings.
10.1.8. Neither the user nor the trainer may invite additional users or trainers to attend the same class. In the instance of a group class, users must join the group through the WeBox app to attend and may not invite additional users or trainers to attend who have not also joined through the app.
10.1.9. The user shall bear legal responsibility for his/her behaviour during the use of the WeBox service. The user shall be liable for damages in the form of, but not limited to, compensation to the person being infringed and compensation to CSP in the event of an administrative penalty or infringement of liability resulting from the user’s actions. If the user violates the above provisions, we reserve the right to make independent judgments to immediately suspend or terminate the user’s ability to use some or all WeBox services including locking, cancelling, or deleting the user’s WeBox account and taking additional legal measures if necessary.
10.1.10. The user understands that, in the event that WeBox finds that the information he/she discloses is obviously one of the items listed in paragraph (1) of this article, WeBox shall be obliged to immediately stop the transmission and storage of the relevant records in accordance with the relevant laws of the People’s Republic of China. The organization will report and delete the address, directory, or server that contains the content.
10.2. WeBox services for coaches
10.2.1. Time commitment
10.2.1.1. As a WeBox coach you can choose to work the hours that suit you, our app provides you with the freedom to accept one on one classes or block-off you time when you have other commitments. Accept as many or as few classes as you wish.
10.2.1.2. As a WeBox coach you’re expected to attend to classes you accept on time and conduct the class for the whole duration of the class. Failure to do this results in a poor experience for our customers and negatively affects the professionalism on WeBox, as such there are penalties for such infractions.
10.2.2. Potential earnings
10.2.2.1. WeBox coaches are rewarded in four ways.
10.2.2.1.1. One on One training- Coaches earn 200* for each hour-long One on One training class conducted.
10.2.2.1.2. Group training- As a WeBox coach you also have the opportunity to provide group classes, you’ll be able to earn 50 per person for each hour long class you conduct.
10.2.3. Referrals
10.2.3.1. As a WeBox coach you’ll be rewarded for every Coach that signs up to our certification and passes with RMB 200.
10.2.3.2. As a WeBox coach you’ll be rewarded for every client that signs up to our certification and passes with RMB 50.
10.2.4. Becoming a Coach
10.2.4.1. Financing your certification
10.2.4.1.1. Payment Fee for Level 1 certification course is 2000RMB.
10.2.4.1.1.1. If you decide to pay for the certification yourself, you’ll be obliged to undertake 2 one on one class coachings for free, with a user feedback score of 3 and above. These are to provide experience and quality assurance to the WeBox standard.
10.2.4.1.1.2. If you decide to pay for the certification yourself, you’ll be obliged to undertake 2 group class coachings, with an average user feedback score of 3 and above. These are to provide experience and quality assurance to the WeBox standard.
10.2.4.1.2. Using the credit system where you undertake coaching in exchange for credit towards certification.
10.2.4.1.2.1. You’ll be obliged to complete a set amount of free one on one class coachings, with a user feedback score of 3 and above.
10.2.4.1.2.2. For the credit system program, you’ll be obliged to complete a set amount of group class coachings, with an average user feedback score of 3 and above.
10.2.4.1.2.3. Those who fail to meet their credit system obligations will have their certification revoked.
10.2.4.2. Certification renewals- All levels of Certifications have renewal periods, where you will have to retake the certification in order to maintain it, you will only need to retake the last level of certification you completed.
10.2.4.2.1. Additionally, if your average feedback rate is lower than 2 stars for a period of longer than 6 months, you’ll be invited to retake your current level of certification.
10.2.5. WeBox’s commitment to promoting Certified trainers
10.2.5.1. A significant proportion of your certification fees goes towards promoting the WeBox platform, its certification and you as individual coaches, by combining the investment of all our coaches we build authority and credibility in the market, which in turn helps to drive more customers to you, the coaches.
10.2.5.2. Marketing developments:
10.2.5.2.1. Website/ in-app coverage- There are a number of ways that we support coaches within the app and website, these include the following
10.2.5.2.2. Social posts- The social section of the app allows you as a coach to post photos with comments and provide comments to other trainers and users, allowing you to engage with new potential customers.
10.2.5.2.3. Trainer feedback post class- After each class (both group and one on one) customers are encouraged to leave feedback and rate trainers and coaches, this feedback is valuable for you to improve and affects your certification, however the feedback is also shared on your profile and used to recommend you to potential customers within the app ecosystem and on the WeBox website.
10.2.5.2.4. Coaches profiles- Trainer profiles are the part of the WeBox app and website where you can truly showcase your abilities and talents to potential customers, keeping this profile up to date is the best way you can boost your customer base as a WeBox coach.
10.2.5.2.5. News articles- We have the capabilities to product custom news articles and posts, as WeBox coaches you’re invited to contribute to these news articles and provide useful information to our customers.
10.2.5.2.6. News Banners- There are 5 featured banner locations in a carousel within the news section, which are available to promote specific events or assets, as a WeBox coach, this resource is available for you to use.
10.2.5.2.7. Training section- The training section hosts a range of training classes using our workout videos, as a WeBox coach, you can design your own training routines which you can prescribe to your students.
10.2.5.2.8. Marketing material- WeBox will undertake regular marketing and promotion of the app, the certification and various WeBox related events, as such WeBox takes every opportunity to promote and market coaches and the certifications, bring more credibility and authority to partnered coaches, where possible, we also try to feature individual coaches.
10.2.5.2.9. White Collar Boxing Events- WeBox is part of CSP who host the White Collar training and events, as a result of this business relationship, we get additional promotional and marketing coverage for all of CSP’s White Collar training and events which help to boost the profile and awareness of the WeBox app, certification and where possible, individual coaches.
10.2.5.2.10. Free demo events- WeBox regularly undertakes free demo classes, as a WeBox coach you’ll be invited to participate in these classes, which, if you are enrolled on our credit system program, also count towards credited classes, these free demo events are a great way to engage with new potential customers and build a relationship whilst these customers are still considering boxing as their sport of choice.
10.2.6. Registration
10.2.6.1. Aspiring coaches may sign up to the a level 1 certification by simply going to the WeBoxApp.com website, selecting the coaches sign up and selecting the Certification level and date for your course, complete the form with the required information and our coaching team will get in touch with next steps, what to bring and what to prepare for.
10.2.6.2. Only certified trainers that sign the WeBox Certified coaches contract are eligible to be listed in the WeBox app and undertake WeBox one on one and group classes.
10.2.7. Equipment issuance- A range of equipment will be distributed to certified coaches that sign the WeBox Certified coaches contract.
10.2.7.1. This equipment is your to keep after one year of cooperation with WeBox, should you terminate your WeBox Certified coaches contract prior to that 1 year anniversary, you’ll need to return that equipment to us.
10.2.7.2. Distributed equipment includes 1 Tshirt, 1 pair of shorts, 1 Water Bottle, 1 Yoga Mat, 1 pair of Gloves, 1 pair of Focus pads, 1 Back pack, 1 Skipping rope, and 1 pair of Wrist wraps
10.2.8. App download and usage- You are free to download the WeBox app, which is available in both English and Chinese and on both iOS and Android, however, to gain access to the trainer functionality you must first complete the WeBox level 1 Certification. Upon completion of your WeBox Level 1 Certification your app will be switched to the Trainer version for use and you’ll be able to receive bookings. For more information on how to use the app, please consult the WeBox app WeChat account which will provide answers to commonly asked questions. Alternatively, please consult the WeBox App trainer walk through.
10.2.9. Manage bookings
10.2.9.1. Bookings management for one on one classes.
10.2.9.1.1. Under the ‘manage booking’ section you’ll receive alerts to customers who have requested a trainer (customers are also able to request specific trainers) you’ll be able to accept these requests, confirm that the customer has paid and confirm the location and time of your one on one class.
10.2.9.1.2. Blocking out unavailable time
10.2.9.1.2.1. As such there is a calendar function within the manage booking section where you can select which day and what time to block out. Blocking out this time will mean that customers who specifically seek out your training will be unable to book those times, however you’ll continue to receive generic training requests, which you can still choose to ignore.
10.2.9.2. Receiving alerts and managing alerts
10.2.9.2.1. There are several type of alerts differentiated by different audio tones. It should also be noted that at the request stage,
10.2.9.2.2. no distinction is made between a single booking and a booking with multiple classes, as a trainer you need to accept all or none of a booking with multiple classes,
10.2.9.2.3. However upon accepting, a booking with multiple classes will have each class listed as an individual class, allowing you to cancel individual classes at that point.
10.2.9.2.4.Single tone – this is an initial training request, denoting a customer has made a training request
10.2.9.2.5.Two tone – this denotes to the customer that you, the trainer have accepted the training request
10.2.9.2.6.Three tones – this denotes that the customer has paid for the class(es)
10.2.9.2.7.Single bookings- Single bookings can be made by the customer either as general requests, which are open to all trainers to accept or as specific requests which are directed to a specific trainer.
10.2.9.2.7.1. The first class with a trainer is always booked as a single class, however once the customer has completed a single class, they will be able to repeat book multiple classes with the same specific trainer.
10.2.9.2.8. Repeat bookings- Repeat bookings are available to the customer for any trainer they have previously completed a class with, they may choose a single cleass repeat booking or a multiple class repeat booking.
10.2.9.2.9. Multiple class repeat booking- Multiple class repeat bookings are booked by the customer as a series, the training location needs to remain consistent, but the time and day of the training is variable, additionally, the customer may book two time slots back-to-back for an extended class; note that in this instance the class would have an additional 30minute, this is commute time, that during a double booking would not be required.
10.2.9.2.9.1. You are able to cancel single classes from a multiple class booking only after you have accepted the series and the customer has paid for the series, at that point you are encouraged to rearrange any classes you choose to cancel.
10.2.9.3. Manage group bookings
10.2.9.3.1. You may apply to host a group class by contacting gymregistration@weboxapp.com email address, which you can also find in the ‘join a group’ section of the app, under ‘create a group’;
10.2.9.3.2. Upon contacting this email address, you’ll be requested to complete the group setup questionnaire **^, completing this questionnaire will list your group class in the ‘join a group’ section of the app.
10.2.10. Profile- The profile section of the WeBox app allows you to detail your experience and specialisms for all to see. This part of the app is also listed on the WeBox website and provides a intro to you as a coach, its therefore important that you consider the content you put on this page.
10.2.11. Post section (social)- The post section of the app is also the social section, as a trainer/coach, motivating and show casing your classes and clients is an important marketing asset, be active in this area, not only in posting, but also in engaging in conversation, so you develop credibility and followers.
10.2.12. Training section- This section provides training for customers, you can design your own training routines which you can prescribe to your students.
10.2.13. News section- The news section provides you with latest WeBox news but also allows you to to contribute to these news articles and provide useful information to our customers.
10.2.13.1. In addition there are 5 featured banner locations in a carousel within the news section, which are available to promote specific events or assets, as a WeBox trainer or coach, this resource is available for you to use.
10.2.14. Getting help with the app- There are several ways that you can get further help with the app aside from the WeBox App trainer walk through,
10.2.14.1. You can also access the FAQ placed in the WeBox official WeChat account as well as within the Webox coaches’s WeChat group. Should you have further questions you’re also welcome to visit the WeBox office and speak to us directly.
10.2.15. Getting paid
10.2.15.1. Payments to trainers are reconciled on a monthly basis and paid to coaches net of any government obligations,
10.2.15.2. Full transparency on what costs the coach is liable for will be given.
10.2.15.3. Any deductibles and penalties will also be clearly outlined.
10.2.16. App download and usage- You are free to download the WeBox app, which is available in both English and Chinese and on both iOS and Android, however, to gain access to the trainer functionality you must first complete the WeBox level 1 Certification.
10.2.16.1. Upon completion of your WeBox Level 1 Certification your app will be switched to the Trainer version for use and you’ll be able to receive bookings.

10.3 Policies for all Webox users
10.3.1. Users must prepare the following equipment and bear the following expenses: (1) Internet equipment, including not limited to computers or other Internet terminals, modems and other essential Internet devices; (2) Internet access, including not limited to network access Fees, Internet equipment rental fees, mobile phone traffic charges.
10.3.2. Webox Users shall not interfere with the WeBox Service in any way, and shall not publish any form of advertisements or illegal information through the Site, otherwise WeBox shall be entitled to delete the content until the closing of the account. Due to the temporal and spatial nature of the dissemination of information on the Internet, it is not possible for CSP or WeBox to deal with the behaviour of the advertiser at the first time, so the user is required to identify the content of the advertisement. Any loss resulting from the impact of such advertising is not related to CSP or WeBox. WeBox encourages the user to report such behaviour in a timely manner.
10.3.3. The user shall understand and agree that any information (including but not limited to text, images, etc.) posted on this site has been automatically authorized by CSP or WeBox in the promotion of legal means, including the use of publicity. If the user of the CSPor WeBox uses information in the way of dissent, he/she should be in contact with the CSP or WeBox in a timely manner to communicate to resolve. If the user does not object the use of CSP or WeBox, then the user shall be deemed of acquiescence of the preceding mentioned claims and use.
10.3.4. Liability
10.3.4.1. The User shall bear legal responsibility for his / her behavior during the use of the WeBox Service. The user shall be liable for damages in the form of, but not limited to, compensation to the person being infringed, and to the CSPfor compensation in the event of an administrative penalty or infringement of liability resulting from the user’s actions. If the user violates the above provisions, we have the right to make independent judgments to immediately suspend or terminate the user to use some or all services, including locking, cancellation, deleting User’sWeBox account and taking other measures.
10.3.4.2. The User understands that, in the event that WeBox finds that the information he/she discloses is obviously obviously in violation of Webox terms and conditions, WeBox shall be obliged to immediately stop the transmission and storage of the relevant records in accordance with the relevant laws of the People’s Republic of China. The organization reports and deletes the address, directory, or server that contains the content.

11. Provision of product ordering services
In order to meet the needs of user, Coach or gym partners acknowledges that WeBox specializes in providing electronic business services. However, you acknowledge that as part of the service offering WeBox provides, WeBox also provides various equipment for sale and that some of this equipment will be provided by third parties and/or other partnered or co-branded brands. Products for sale can be browsed, queried, and purchased through the WeBox app.
11.1. Product prices, quantities, performance descriptions, availability, and other information may change at any time. WeBox shall not give special notice; user, Coach and gym partners must view the product sales page for this information. We will do our utmost to ensure the accuracy of the information you are browsing, but due to the wide range of goods and the volume of product information, coupled with internet technology and other objective factors, the information displayed on this site may not be accurate or up to date. WeBox welcomes error correction and will give corrective to the situation as a certain reward.
11.2. When you place an order, please carefully confirm the name, price, quantity, model, size, consignee, telephone, shipping address, and all other relevant information for the purchased goods. If the consignee and you are inconsistent, the consignee’s behaviour shall be regarded as your behaviour, which means that you shall bear the legal consequences of joint and several liabilities. If you submit an order, you will be responsible for the accuracy of the information, such as the product ordered and the shipping address. If the consignee’s name, address, and other information are incorrect, we will deliver the goods to the consignee which is not your intention and the loss will be borne by you.
11.3. If you order goods through the WeBox app, WeBox merchandise displays the goods, prices, and other information only as an invitation to offer; your order will be regarded as a goods offer. Once we receive your order, we will ship it to you within a reasonable timeframe. Only when we send you a confirmation email or text message to let you know that we have mailed the goods you ordered, which constitutes our order for you, will the order be confirmed. Thus, the contract for the purchase shall be established. If you order multiple items in one order and we only send you a shipment confirmation email or text message for some of the items, the contract between us will only be set up for that part of the order.
11.4. The user, Coach or gym partner, agrees that CSP has the right to notify the user, Coach or gym partner, of order information, promotional activities, and so on by means of e-mail, SMS, telephone, etc. This applies to the user, Coach or gym partner, and to the consignee.
11.5. Due to market changes and various factors beyond the control of reasonable commercial endeavours, we cannot guarantee that the product you wish to purchase will be available. If you no longer wish to purchase a product, you have the right to cancel the order before the order is received.
11.6. In order to provide incentive for the user, Coach or gym partner, we will distribute coupons or vouchers from time to time. The coupons or vouchers to be distributed are at the discretion of WeBox and shall be subject to WeBox’s interpretation and modification. You have the right to use to coupon or voucher in accordance with the rules of the use of shopping on this site, which strictly prohibits the sale of WeBox coupons or vouchers or the use of a WeBox account for other business activities.

11.8. Refund and returns are unavailable due to the kind of products provided, by placing an order with WeBox you are acknowledging and accepting that refund and returns are unavailable.
11.9. We will send the purchased goods to your designated shipping address as listed on this site and provide you with an approximate delivery time for your reference or deliver purchased goods to the designated training location. The reference time is calculated with the comprehensive consideration of inventory status, the normal handling process and shipping time, and the delivery location. The reference time is only an estimation and may differ from the actual delivery time.
11.10. WeBox shall not assume any responsibility for delay in delivery due to a delay in shipping or inability to deliver, including, but not limited, due to one, or more, of the following:
11.10.1. The information provided by the user is in error (incorrect address, etc.)
11.10.2. No one signs for the delivery of the goods, resulting in a failure of delivery or a delay in distribution
11.10.3. Changes in circumstances caused by business or logistics incidents
11.10.4. Force majeure caused by factors such as: natural disasters, traffic, martial law, sudden war, etc.

12. Process flow
12.1. By actively discovering and accepting users to report two ways to find violations. Users can use the “Report” feature on the user’s home page to report suspected violations and users.
12.2 Information on non-compliance is handled directly by the WeBox community administrator in accordance with this provision. Once the content is deemed to have been published or has the above behavior, the account number will be:

12.2.3. 13. User Management
13.1. Users must abide by the laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China as well as relevant international laws. The user agrees to take full responsibility for independently published content including, but not limited to, text, pictures, etc. User commitment:
13.1.1. Users, in the use of our services or when publishing information on the site, shall comply with the provision of relevant laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China. No production, reproduction, publication, or dissemination of the following information shall be allowed on the site:
13.1.2. In violation of the fundamental principles established by the Constitution;
13.1.3. Endangers national security, divulges state secrets, subverts state power, or undermines national reunification;
13.1.4. Damages national honor and interests;
13.1.5. Incitement to national hatred, racial discrimination, or disruption of national unity;
13.1.6. Undermining the state’s religious policies and propagating cults or feudal superstitions;
13.1.7. Spreading rumors, disrupting social order, or destroying social stability;
13.1.8. The distribution of obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, terror, or incitement to commit a crime;
13.1.9. Insulting or defaming another person, or infringing upon the legitimate rights and interests of another person;
13.1.10. Incitement to unlawful assembly, association, procession, or demonstration to disturb the social order;
13.1.11. Actin in the name of an illegal civil society;
13.1.12. Containing other content prohibited by law or administrative regulations and any content that is a breach of the provisions set forth by WeBox;
13.2. The user, in the use of our services or in regard to information published on the site, must also comply with the laws of other relevant countries and regions as well as the relevant provisions of international law.
13.3. The user shall understand and agree that any information including, but not limited to, text, images, etc. posted on this site has been automatically authorized for use by CSP or WeBox for promotion or publicity. If the user feels their information has been misused by CSP or WeBox, he/she shall be in contact with CSP or WeBox in a timely manner to resolve the dispute. If the user does not contact CSP or WeBox with an objection, then the user shall be deemed in acquiescence of the preceding mentioned claims and use.
13.4. Users shall not interfere with the WeBox service in any way and shall not publish any form of advertisement or illegal information through the site. WeBox shall be entitled to delete violating content until the closing of the account. Due to the temporal and special nature of the dissemination of information on the internet, it is not possible for CSP or WeBox to deal the the behaviour of the advertiser immediately, so the user is required to identify the content of the advertisement Any loss resulting from the impact of such advertising is not related to CSP or WeBox. WeBox encourages the user to report such behaviour in a timely manner.

14. Community Management Provisions
14.1. In order to build a scientific, friendly fitness community, the WeBox team developed this community specification.The WeBox team will manage users who register WeBox and those posted to WeBox according to the terms in this specification. 
14.2. Actions taken include, but are not limited to, changing or deleting user-posted content, suspending or terminating a user’s rights to use WeBox. All intentional efforts to reduce the quality of content and harm the atmosphere of the community (“sabotage”) are intolerable.
14.3. If you have any doubts or disputes regarding the understanding and implementation of this specification, you may send Feedback to via User Feedback and we will explain or process it according to the rules.

15. Violations of the Webox App
15.1. A violation is defined as violation of laws and regulations, the release of information in violation of laws and regulations, endangering national and social security, including but not limited to:
15.1.1. Against the basic principles laid down in the Constitution
15.1.2. Endanger state security, divulge state secrets, subvert state power and undermine national unity
15.1.3. Damage to national honor and interests
15.1.4. Incitement to national hatred, ethnic discrimination, and undermining national unity
15.1.5. Undermining the state’s religious policies, propagating cults and feudal superstitions
15.1.6. Spread rumors, disrupt social order and undermine social stability
15.1.7. Promote obscenity, gambling, violence, homicide, terror or instigate crime
15.1.8. (Such as sexual organs, sexual behavior, sexual psychology of the detailed description), or the release of lure pictures to guide users to conduct 16.1.9. Incitement to unlawful assembly, association, procession, demonstrations, gatherings disturb the social order
15.1.10. Slander others, disclose the privacy of others, and infringe the lawful rights and interests of others
15.2. Publish Spam: for the purpose of profit, release information affecting the user experience, disturbing the order of WeBox community or related behavior, including but not limited to:
15.2.1. Duplicate similar content (including but not limited to posting buzz, comments)
15.2.2. Have multiple accounts, or with multiple accounts to seek improper exposure
15.2.3. Trading accounts, refueling, comments, or other interference in the community order transactions
15.3. Unfriendly behavior: Do not respect the behavior of the WeBox user and the content contributed by the user, including but not limited to:
15.3.1. Harassment: Repeated or similar appeals to others, in the form of comments, others, etc., or the use of obscene language to provoke homosexual / heterosexual
15.3.2. To make a negative evaluation of another person in an uncivilized language
15.3.3. To degrade the capacity, behavior, physiology, or identity of another person to embarrass the other
15.3.4. Discrimination: Attacks against the identity, or categorization, of another’s race, race, religion, sexual orientation, gender, age, geographical, physical characteristics, etc.
15.3.5. To provoke others in an unfriendly manner, with the intention of making the other respond to their own speech, deliberately creating a crime.
15.4. Malicious acts: information that affects the user experience, disrupts the order of the WeBox community, or acts that affect operational safety, including but not limited to:
15.4.1. Impersonate WeBox official account within the station and related business or staff
15.4.2. Impersonate others, through the head, user name and other personal information implies that they are equivalent to or associated with others
15.4.3. Infringement of WeBox intellectual property rights, publish, use, jerk WeBox logo, etc., or easily with the current WeBox product design theme, appearance and other confusing content
15.4.4. Published with phishing sites, Trojan horses, virus links and related sites
15.4.5. Release contains potentially dangerous, steal user privacy and other related content
15.4.6. Casually report users and status with no violations

16. Coaching Certification Eligibility Criteria and Check List Qualifications
WeBox Certification is the only boxing certification in China providing world class fitness boxing to the masses in a safe, fun and engaging way. There are several levels of certification as well as specialty certifications, all designed to keep the client safe and provide a better instructing and training experience for all levels of ability.
16.1. Level 1 certification
This is the foundation level certification required of all coaches operating inside the WeBox app. You’ll learn the fundamentals of boxing and basic structuring and client management for both 1-on-1 and group classes.

The Cornering Specialist Certification is available for WeBox coaches that have competed Level 1. It is for coaches who want to be able to corner boxers when participating in a match.
16.6.1. Preferably for those who have fought themselves
16.6.2. Requirements for Cornering Specialist certification.

17. Safety, First Aid and Liability
WeBox coaches shall, as a part of their certification, have attained a level of competency and to adhere to the established standard of care. It is paramount for WeBox coaches to be aware of the latest guidelines regarding standard of care and his/her failing to act in a reasonable and prudent manner is said to have committed an act of negligence. Negligent acts can be defined as an act of omission or an act of commission. An Act of Omission can be defined as failing to act responsibly. Example: A trainer who fails to spot a client who is lifting a considerable amount of weight. An Act of Commission can be defined as performing an act or allowing an individual to perform an act that causes harm. Example: A trainer who asks a client to perform a squat jump, knowing that the client has a knee injury.
17.1. Coaches are to provide safe and effective instruction.
17.1.1. WeBox coach instruction will not result in physical, mental or financial harm to the client.
17.1.2. WeBox coach instruction has a purposeful and desired effect towards the clients’ goals.
17.1.3. During pre-workout screening if WeBox coach identifies symptoms of risk factors or chronic illness, he/she shall refer client to doctor for clearance before proceeding with exercise.
17.1.4. Complete an assessment to determine clients’ baseline fitness level to design a program safe for their level.
17.1.5. Do not prescribe exercise, diet or treatment outside clients’ scope of practice.
17.1.6. Even if the condition of the facility is not within the control of the coach, he/she shall make every effort to ensure the client session takes place in a hazard free environment.
17.1.7. Use WeBox sanctioned equipment to make sure it meets and/or exceeds WeBox standards.
17.2. Coaches should stay up to date on the latest health and fitness research and understand its practical application
17.2.1. A broad based knowledge of fitness training listed in WeBox Certification shall be viewed as a strong foundation which to build upon.
17.2.2. The coach shall actively seek out opportunities to build upon his/her WeBox certification in the health and fitness industry.
17.2.3. Regularly review industry resources and attend professional meetings, conferences and workshops.
17.2.4. The coach shall ensure the renewal for his/her WeBox Level 1 certification every 2 years.
17.3. Coaches should maintain current CPR certification and knowledge of first aid services
17.3.1. All WeBox coaches must have up to date CPR/First Aid certification.
17. 3.2. Complete the Heartsaver Course of American Heart Association which legally covers WeBox coaches in 5 major cities in China.
17. 4. Coaches must comply with all applicable business, employment and intellectual property laws
17.4.1. WeBox coaches shall maintain a high level of integrity by complying with all applicable business, employment and copyright laws.
17.4.2. Be truthful and forthcoming in all communication with clients and WeBox staff.
17.4.3. Do not mislead impressions of credentials, claims or sponsorships and perform services outside the coach’s scope of practice.
17.4.4. Strictly adhere to and abide by WeBox cancellation, refund and rescheduling policy.
17.4.5. Before using logos, brands, music, etc. WeBox coaches shall ensure the aforementioned are exempt from intellectual property law or permissible under law by reason of fair use. If so, they shall obtain express written consent from the copyright holder.
17.5. Coaches shall refer clients to more qualified health of medical professionals when appropriate
17.5.1. A fitness certification is not a professional license, therefore it is critically important that WeBox coaches certified but not professionally licensed refer their clients to more qualified professionals when necessary.
17.5.2. Refering the clients for issues outside the coach’s scope of practice which benefits not only their health and wellbeing but also the credibility as a professional coach and reduces his/her liability.
17.5.3. The coach shall build networks and develop relationships with health professionals in his/her area so he/she shall have a contact list when a client requires a referral.
17.6. Uphold and enhance public appreciation and trust for the health and fitness industry
17.6.1. WeBox certified coaches shall uphold and enhance the public appreciation and trust for the fitness and boxing industry.
17.6.2. The coach shall mentor less experienced fitness professionals in his/her field and help them to curate their trainer skillset.
17.6.3. The coach shall not represent himself/herself in an overly commercial or misleading manner.
17.6.4. Do not lend credibility or endorse a product, service or program founded upon unsubstantiated or misleading claims.

18. Coaches Code of conduct
18.1. Coach-Client Relationship
18.1.1. The Client-Coach relationship is the central focus of all ethical concerns, and the welfare of the client should form the basis of all judgments. The coach should serve the client by exercising all reasonable means to ensure that the most appropriate training, health and fitness recommendations are provided to the client.
18.2. Abuse of Power
18.2.1. The Client-Coach relationship has an ethical basis and is built on confidentiality, trust, and honesty. The coach must adhere to all applicable legal or contractual constraints while in the client-coach relationship. Sexual misconduct on the part of the coach is an abuse of professional power and a violation of client trust. Sexual contact or a romantic relationship between a coach and a current client is always forbidden. Otherwise, all the responsibility arising therefrom shall be borne by the coach and he/she shall keep WeBox from such claims, disputes, etc.
18.3. Work Within Means
18.3.1.The coach should recognize the boundaries of his or her particular competencies and expertise, and provide education, training, or experience within his/her capabilities.
18.4. Client Safety
18.4.1. In any training environment, the coach should exercise careful judgment and take appropriate precautions to protect the client’s safety with regards to equipment, facilities and environmental factors as well as evaluate the condition of the client before each training session to ensure the designated activities are appropriate for the client at the time of delivery.
18.5. Representing WeBox
18.5.1. The coach should not publicize or represent himself or herself in any untruthful, misleading, or deceptive manner to clients, colleagues, other health-care professionals, or the public. This includes identifying oneself as certified if the certification credential was never designated by WeBox or the date of certification has expired.
18.6. Personal Health
18.6.1 The coach who has reason to believe that he or she is infected with serious infectious diseases that might be communicated to clients should voluntarily be tested for the protection of his or her clients. In making decisions about client evaluations, physical testing and training activities, a coach infected shall adhere to the fundamental professional obligation to avoid harm to clients.
18.7. Substance Abuse
18.7.1. The coach should not practice or attempt to provide professional services while impaired by alcohol, drugs of any kind, or physical or mental disability. The coach who experiences substance abuse problems or who is physically or emotionally impaired should seek appropriate assistance to address these problems and his or her professional practice will be limited or terminated by WeBox until the impairment no longer affects the quality of client service.
18.8. WeBox Affiliation
18.8.1.The coach shall not express or imply WeBox endorsement for commercial venture. Disclosure of affiliation and/or use of WeBox are not to be made as part of a firm, partnership or corporate name. Disclosure in violation of this article shall be grounds for defaulting.
18.9. Punctuality
18.9.1. As WeBox coaches you are expected to conduct yourself professionally at all times, punctuality attending to customers classes is crucial to this, you are expected to be on-time and ideally early to classes, the WeBox app provides you with the contact number for your customer, should you be late you should notify the customer accordingly.
18.9. 2. A late penalty equivalent to the value of the class will be deducted from your earnings and awarded to the customer for late attendance (beyond a 5 minute grace period) or no-show.

19. Webox Moped Policies
19.1. In order to to eligible to lease one of the Webox mopeds, a coach must meet the following requirements:
19.1.2. Successfully passed one of our WeBox certifications
19.1.3. Signed an existing FULL TIME agreement with WeBox to provide training via the WeBox platform.
19.1.4. Signed an additional agreement relating to the loan of the WeBox Moped which includes the terms outlined here after.
19.2 The coach to whom the moped is leased takes sole responsible for the use of the WeBox Moped, and as such bears sole liability for any road accidents, injuries or deaths caused by the use of the WeBox Moped.
19.3 Coaches acknowledge that WeBox bears no responsibility for your driving or any road accidents, injuries or deaths caused by the use of the WeBox Moped.
19.4 Coaches acknowledge that WeBox provisions the use of the WeBox Moped in trust of abidance to road safety and traffic regulations.
19.5 Coaches agree to the following policies with regards to parking the moped.
19.5.1.Coaches agree to park in suitable locations in accordance with safety and traffic regulations.
19.5.2. Coaches acknowledge that any damage, theft or road accidents, injuries or deaths caused by the parking of the WeBox Moped are the coach’s sole responsibility and that WeBox bears no liability whatsoever.
19.6. Coaches adhere to the following standards with regard to the road conduct.
19.6.1. Coaches agree to conduct their driving in full and strict accordance and abidance to the road safety and traffic regulations. Furthermore you acknowledge that any damage, theft or road accidents, injuries or deaths caused by driving the WeBox Moped are the Coaches’ sole responsibility and that WeBox bears no liability whatsoever.
19.7. The coach takes full responsibility for the security, and maintenance of the WeBox moped until such point that they have returned the loan to WeBox and Webox has acknowledged, in writing, receipt of said WeBox moped
19.8. All Webox mopeds use GPS tracking in the forms of and for the purposes of the following:
19.8.1. Each Webox moped is assigned a tracking number which is bound to the profile of the current renter
19.8.2. Each WeBox moped will have a GPS tracking device installed. Coaches renting the moped therefore give consent to allow WeBox to track the movements in relation to the usage and movements of the WeBox moped.
19.9. Coaches acknowledge that the WeBox moped remains the sole possession and property of WeBox, and that any damages, loss or liabilities, penalties and fines associated with your use of the WeBox remain your sole cost and liability.
19.9.1. Should damages, fines or other costs be incurred, Coaches agree and consent that WeBox may deduct such costs from your earning, and, should the amount exceed your earnings, you consent that WeBox may bill you and in accordance pursue you for any unpaid balances.
19.10. Should driving result in injury, accident or customer complaint WeBox reserves the right to void the WeBox Moped agreement, and Coaches will be obliged to return the WeBox Moped and Coaches will remain the sole party liable for any damages, claims and fines.
19.11. Loan Term
19.11.1. Loan Term: The period during which Coaches provide trainee with boxing training course by accepting the order from WeBox APP.
19.11.2. Party B shall strictly follow the time schedule agreed through APP with the trainee, once the order from APP is accepted by Party B, he or she may not object to or refuse to follow the schedule.
19.12. Purpose:
19.12.1. The moped loaned for Coaches is only for the purpose of boxing training and the location shall be the place designated by the trainee.

20. WeBox Partner Gyms Terms and Conditions
20.1. Gym Facilities Obligations
20.1.1. The affiliate gym is obliged to provide sufficient floor space, changing, and wash facilities for any one-on-one classes, both resident one-on-ones and WeBox NETWORK one-on ones
20.1.2. For WeBox certification classes, WeBox NETWORK group classes, WeBox COMMUNITY group classes, and resident group classes, the affiliate gym is obliged to provide sufficient floor space, changing and wash facilities, and equipment.
20.1.3. For all classes, the affiliate gym must provide liability waivers.
20.1.4. For all classes, the affiliate gym must provide first aid equipment and access to emergency services if required. It is recommended that at least one member of the affiliate gym’s staff should be first aid certified and present during any training.
20.1.4. Any WeBox user should have the same level of access to facilities as non-WeBox users at the affiliate gym for the duration of their session including, but not limited to, access to water, wifi, changing, and toilet facilities.
20.1.5. The affiliate gym must provide the following at the affiliate gym’s facility:
20.1.5.1. WeBox logo branding at cashier or front desk (WeBox logo specifications can be downloaded from the website www.weboxapp.com)
20.1.6. WeBox QR code directing to the WeBox app website www.weboxapp.com
20.1.6.1. Affiliates are required to have and maintain a WeBox-approved website after the affiliation process has been completed. When the website is completed, the affiliate must notify affiliate support.
20.1.6.2. The affiliate gym’s website must have the WeBox logo/link on the homepage.
20.1.6.3. All links to WeBox materials must be links to the WeBox site. You cannot use locally-hosted versions of WeBox material (e.g. PDF files, etc.)
20.2. Training and Event Obligations
20.2.1. Affiliate gyms are obliged to provide:
20.2.1.1. Resident One-on-Ones: must be provided by a WeBox certified trainer in accordance with the standards of the WeBox certification
20.2.1.2. Resident Group classes: must be provided by a WeBox certified trainer in accordance with the standards of the WeBox certification
20.2.2. Affiliate gyms are required to use the WeBox app to accept, cancel, and otherwise manage WeBox-related bookings
20.2.3. Affiliate gyms are required to ensure proper safety precautions are adhered to at all times
20.2.4. Affiliate gyms are required to ensure full compliance with the law and ensure that the safety of customers is not put at risk
20.3. Trainer and Client Injury Liability
20.3.1. Affiliate must comply with required background checks and must maintain insurance against child endangerment and molestation naming WeBox as an additional insured. Such insurance must meet the requirements set forth in Sections {} below. In this regard, Affiliate shall not market or conduct any training as “WeBox Kids” or “WeBox Teens” or the like or otherwise incorporate the licensed marks, unless such training is conducted by a WeBox Level 1 certificate holder (in good standing with WeBox) who has also completed the requisite WeBox Kids course.
20.4. Affiliate Obligations
20.4.1. Affiliate is solely responsible for and shall bear all costs and liabilities associated with its facility, the organization, programming, membership fees or dues, operation, publicity, marketing, promotion, advertising, equipping, supply, fundraising, funding, incorporation, legal affairs, and all other aspects of business including selection, compensation, monitoring, and supervision of employees, contractors, staff members, and fitness instructors, training, supervision, and monitoring of participants, clients, visitors, and patrons, and carrying out the activities of the business in a proper, safe, professional, and legal manner. Affiliate shall, at all times, be free to unilaterally establish its own membership fees or dues and terms with respect to membership and use of its facility and advertise such prices and terms independently. WeBox and its employees or agents shall have no authority to instruct the affiliate as to what its membership fees or dues must be, nor to interfere with the affiliate’s independent establishment of membership fees or due. Affiliate shall immediately notify WeBox if and when Affiliate is involved in any legal action or labor dispute in which WeBox is involved, named, or implicated in any way whatsoever.
20.5. Insurance policy requirements
20.5.1. Affiliate shall obtain written assumption of risk and waivers of liability in a form satisfactory to WeBox from any individual who participates in the licensed services as offered by the affiliate. Such waivers shall be signed in advance of any use or participation in the licensed services and shall release and hold harmless WeBox and its officers, affiliates, directors, agents, staff, volunteers, suppliers, licensors, licensees, and employees from and against any and all actions, judgements, settlements, claims, liabilities, losses, damages, expenses, and costs (including court costs and attorney’s fees), including, without limitation, for any property damage, personal injury, death, or any other action, claim, liability, loss, damage, or expense against Affiliate based on Affiliate’s operation of Affiliates business or premises.
20.5.2. Affiliate shall deliver to WeBox in writing, promptly upon learning thereof, notice of any litigation commenced or threatened against Affiliate that (I) seeks damages in excess of 10,000RMB, (II) seeks injunctive relief, (III) alleges criminal misconduct by Affiliate (or any staff member, employee, or contractor of Affiliate, or (IV) alleges the violation of any law, rule, or regulation.
20.5.3. In no event shall Affiliate require its trainers or employees to execute non-competition agreements, nor do so through an agent or other party, except that an affiliate may protect confidential client information or other proprietary business information according to the law of its jurisdiction.
20.6. Nature of Relationship – Independent Contractor
20.6.1. The parties to this agreement are independent and no agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer, or franchisee-franchisor relationship is intended or created by this agreement. Neither party shall have any right or authority to assume or create any obligations of any kind, or to make any representation or warranty on behalf of the other party, whether express or implied, or the power to bind the other party in any respect whatsoever. Affiliate’s personnel involved in its business shall, at all times, be employees or subcontractors/independent contractors of Affiliate and not of WeBox. Affiliate shall be solely responsible for payment of all compensation for such personnel and all related taxes and benefits. It is Affiliate’s responsibility to avoid any confusion regarding whether Affiliate’s personnel are employees or subcontractors of Affiliate or of WeBox. Affiliate agrees to accept exclusive liability for complying with all applicable state, local, and federal laws and any and all laws of the country of Affiliate’s residence, as applicable, including, without limitation, obligations such as payment of taxes. Affiliate hereby agrees to indemnify and defend WeBox against any and all such taxes, payments, and obligations, including penalties and interest. Neither Affiliate nor any of its agents or employees shall pass on any express or implied warranty on behalf of WeBox to any third parties.
20.7. App Usage
20.7.1. Gyms may have access to gym and trainer versions of the app and will retain the usage of these versions of the app for as long as their affiliation and certifications remain valid.
20.8. Affiliate gyms are required to ensure that any WeBox bookings are conducted via the WeBox app
20.9. Affiliate gyms are not permitted to extract WeBox members from the app and subscribe these users directly
20.10. Affiliate gyms are able to submit events and group classes and feature trainers within the app
20.11. WeBox Brand Usage
20.11.1. The WeBox affiliate accepts a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-assignable, non-delegable, and non-sublicenseable license to use the WeBox name, trademarks, trade names, service marks, characters, or logos (collectively “licensed marks”) designated in writing by WeBox.
20.11.2. Affiliate shall use the licensed marks only in forms approved by WeBox and shall comply with WeBox’s branding guidelines provided or made available to Affiliate. Affiliate shall not create, display, promote, advertise, distribute, or use, directly or indirectly, any derivative, modification, or confusingly similar version of any licensed marks or any other WeBox name, logo, trademark, trade name, or service mark (e.g. WeBoxing), in whole or in part. Affiliate shall include where appropriate the registered trademark designation ® and a statement that the licensed marks are used under license from WeBox and other proprietary notices as reasonably required by WeBox or by law. Affiliate shall comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations pertaining to the proper use and designation of trademarks in each country or territory in which Affiliate uses the licensed marks.
20.11.3. WeBox shall have the right to prohibit any use by Affiliate of the licensed marks in connection with licensed services or on promotional materials if WeBox believes that the use of such materials by Affiliate will be damaging to or dilutive of the value of the licensed marks. Affiliate will immediately cease any use of the licensed marks at WeBox’s request.
20.11.4. Affiliate shall comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations (including without limitation, truth in advertising) and obtain all appropriate government approvals necessary for its use of the licensed marks and in connection with its sale, provision, support, marketing, promotion, training, distribution, and advertising of the services in connection with the licensed marks.
20.11.5. Affiliate shall not use the licensed marks in connection with any activity that is illegal or that defames, ridicules, or disparages WeBox, its founder(s), employees, agents, sponsors, licensors, licensees, or other individuals, entities, or organizations, or each of their products or services, or that otherwise damages the reputation for quality inherent in the licensed marks.
20.11.6. the license granted under this agreement and that WeBox shall remain the sole and exclusive owner of all right, title, and interest in and to the licensed marks and all modifications, updates, improvements, derivative works, and enhancements related thereto, whether made by Affiliate and whether during or after the term.
20.11.7. Affiliate hereby irrevocably assigns, transfers, releases, and conveys to WeBox, from the moment of its creation, all right, title, and interest in and to any modification, enhancement, update, improvement or derivative work related to or based on the licensed marks and all intellectual property rights embodied in or pertaining to any of the foregoing. Affiliate agrees that Affiliate’s use of the licensed marks and any goodwill in the licensed marks resulting from the Affiliate’s use will inure solely to the benefit of WeBox and will not create any right, title, or interest for the Affiliate in the licensed marks.
20.11.8. Affiliate shall not do or cause to be done any act or thing contesting, opposing, challenging, or in any way impairing or intending to impair any of WeBox’s right, title, and/or interest in or to the licensed marks (or any portion thereof) and/or any other WeBox marks, products, goods, or services. In particular, Affiliate shall not register or attempt to register the licensed marks or any WeBox trademark, trade name, service mark, character, or logo in any jurisdiction and will not oppose WeBox’s registration or use of the licensed marks, alone or with other words or designs, in any jurisdiction. Affiliate agrees that upon the termination of this agreement, Affiliate shall and hereby does assign, transfer, and convey to WeBox any trade rights, equities, good will, titles, or other rights, title, or interest in and to the name that may have inured or been obtained by Affiliate.
20.11.9. Affiliate shall promptly notify WeBox should Affiliate learn of use by a third party of any mark that is identical, derivative of, or confusingly similar to any of the licensed marks. Affiliate shall take no action with respect thereto except with the prior written authorization of WeBox. WeBox may take such action as its sole and absolute discretion deems advisable for the protection of its rights in the licensed marks. Affiliate shall cooperate fully to assist WeBox with any legal or equitable action taken by WeBox to protect WeBox’s rights in the licensed marks. Affiliate shall cooperate with WeBox in the procurement and maintenance of WeBox’s rights in licensed marks or intellectual property rights related to the licensed marks and promotional materials, and shall sign all papers that WeBox may deem necessary or desirable for vesting WeBox with all rights granted hereunder to WeBox throughout the world. In the event that Affiliate is unable or unwilling to obtain such a signature, Affiliate hereby irrevocably designates and appoints WeBox and its duly authorized officers and agents as Affiliate’s agents and attorneys-in-fact to execute and file any application and to do all other lawfully permitted acts to further the prosecution and issuance of trademarks or other intellectual property rights with the same legal force and effect as if executed by Affiliate or any of its employees. Affiliate also waives and agrees never to assert any moral rights or artist’s rights against WeBox with respect to any of the intellectual property rights described above. For the purposes of this agreement, “moral rights” or “artist’s rights” means any right to (I) divulge the licensed marks to the public; (II) retract the licensed marks from the public; (III) claim authorship of the licensed marks; (IV) object to any distortion, mutilation, or other modification of the licensed marks; or (V) any and all similar rights that affect ownership, control, or modification of the licensed marks, existing under judicial or statutory law of any country or jurisdiction In the world, or under any treaty regardless of whether or not such right is called or generally referred to as a moral or artist’s right.
20.11.10. Affiliate acknowledges and agrees that it is only entitled to use the licensed marks while it is an affiliate of WeBox in good standing.
20.11.11. WeBox’s Reserved Rights: nothing herein in any way shall give Affiliate any right, title, or interest in or to the licensed marks (or any portion thereof) and/or any other WeBox name, trademarks, trade names, service marks, logos, characters, products, goods, services, or any right to develop, license, sublicense, publish, perform, use, modify, create derivative works of, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any of the foregoing. WeBox’s provision of any materials or equipment to licensee to use in connection with the licensed marks or promotional materials shall not imply a change of ownership therein, and all such materials and equipment shall remain the property of WeBox.
20.11.12 Affiliate acknowledges that there is great value and good will associated with the WeBox name (the “name”) and licensed marks, and that the name and licensed marks have a secondary meaning in the mind of the public. Affiliate shall use its best efforts to preserve, protect, and enhance the good will and value in the name and licensed marks.
20.12. Contract
20.12.1. Standard affiliation contracts last for a minimum of 1 year, with the option to extend up to 3 years.
20.13. Annual fees
20.13.1. Annual fees of RMB () are to be paid
20.13.1.1. Failure to pay will result in termination of the affiliation agreement
20.13.2. Remunerations
20.13.2.1. Affiliated gyms will have their payments consolidated and paid montly post-tax and expenses
20.14. Services and Support Offered by WeBox
20.14.1. During the term, WeBox will make available to Affiliate reasonable access to background information in WeBox’s possession that WeBox has the right to share and distribute in the areas of fitness and strength and conditioning training, including the opportunity to purchase online subscription-based resources such as the WeBox Journal, if made available by WeBox.
20.14.2. WeBox may (but is not obliged to), and Affiliate hereby grants WeBox permission to, include information about Affiliate, Affiliate’s location and a link to Affiliate’s website on the list of “WeBox Affiliates” available on WeBox’s primary website (www.WeBoxApp.com) and within the WeBox App (time, manner, style, placement, size, duration, and messaging to be determined by WeBox in its sole and absolute discretion), and any future separate sites or apps that WeBox may develop for the listing of Affiliates.
20.14.3. WeBox may consider Affiliate (in good standing) and its qualified, eligible, and approved clients and trainers (qualification, eligibility, and approval including without limitation satisfactory completion of any required background checks in the case of WeBox Kids certificate course or programs, to be determined by WeBox in its sole and absolute discretion), eligible to attend, subject to availability, space, and other restrictions and timely payment of applicable registration fees by Affiliate, for attendance at seminars, trainer certificate courses, training sessions, conferences, or workshops sponsored by WeBox.
20.14.4.WeBox will use resources, in its sole and absolute discretion, to continue to grow, protect, and defend the WeBox name, brand, mark, and associated goodwill throughout the world.
20.15. Gym Affiliation
20.15.1. Coaches training and certification
20.15.1.1. Minimum requirement of trainers for affiliation
20.15.1.1.1. To apply for affiliation, the gym must be linked to a coach with at least a Level 1 WeBox certification
20.15.1.1.2. To retain affiliation, the same coach is required to retain their certifications
20.15.1.1.3. Transfers of affiliation may only be permitted with mutual consent and on the provision that the buying coach is also certified.
20.15.1.1.4. Each affiliation may only be associated with one address.
20.16. Gym certification process and details
20.16.1. Gyms are certified in order to facilitate training camps and certification workshops. As such, they must be visually inspected for facilities, equipment, and amenities standards. Staff must also pass requirements including first aid and certification.
20.16.2. Gym chains and businesses with more than one location must apply for affiliation for each location. Each location must have at least one certified coach with which the affiliation is associated.
20.17. Facilitating 1on1s
20.17.1. As part of the affiliation agreement, you agree to allow for 1on1 WeBox coaching classes to occur at your location at any time during opening hours and outside of group class periods where specified. You are required to accept 3rd party WeBox coaches. You and your coaches are welcome to accept and facilitate your own WeBox coaching classes, so long as you and your coaches have passed the Level 1 WeBox certification.
20.17.2. The amount of payment you receive is based on your current walk-in rate, with some minor scaling to take into consideration your low and peak hours. We have designed the system to ensure that you benefit from accommodating these 1on1 classes.
20.17.3. Should you refuse any WeBox 1on1s, your affiliation will be revoked and any unpaid earnings will be deducted as penalty.
20.18. Facilitating group classes
20.18.1. Group classes organized by the gym will have an allotted number of spaces for WeBox customers. The gym may list as many or as few as they wish.
20.18.2. Group classes organized by WeBox and/or WeBox certified coaches – obliged to host 1 per month
20.18.3 Gyms will receive a percentage of the earnings for each WeBox customer that attends a group class.
20.18.4. Should you fail to honor any group class obligations, your affiliation will be cancelled and any unpaid earnings will be deducted. You may also be liable for further compensation payments.
20.18.5. Gyms must ensure that the group class sizes are in proportion to the size of the location. This class size should include all attendees, not just WeBox customers. You’ll need to be a WeBox affiliate and your instructing coach will need to be WeBox certified to conduct a class with WeBox customers in attendance.
20.19. Facilitating Events
20.19.1. Events are generally organized by WeBox directly. You’ll be approached, or you can request, to host a WeBox event. WeBox events will benefit from being supported by WeBox marketing and publicity before, during, and after the event. Generally, events are ad hoc and you’ll have about 1 months’ notice to prepare. It is likely that WeBox will bring set equipment so specific space and layout requirements will also be provided on a case-by-case basis.
20.19.2. Gyms will receive a cut for each WeBox attendee with additional payments being made on a case by case basis based on the needs of the particular event.
20.19.3. Should you fail to honor any event obligations you agree to, your affiliation will be cancelled and any unpaid earnings will be deducted. You may also be liable for further compensation payments.
20.19.4. Event eligibility will be on a case by case basis and you’ll have the opportunity to refuse any requests.
20.20. Facilitating Training Camps
20.20.1. Training camps are generally organized by WeBox directly. You’ll be approached, or you can request, to host a WeBox training camp. WeBox training camps may benefit from being supported by WeBox marketing and publicity before, during, and after the training camp. Generally, training camps are ad hoc and you’ll have about 1 months’ notice to prepare. It is likely that WeBox will bring set equipment, so specific space and layout requirements will also be provided on a case by case basis.
20.20.2. Gyms will receive a cut for each WeBox attendee with additional payments being made on a case by case basis based on the needs of the particular event. Your members will need to pay to participate and it is likely that WeBox will supply additional coaching staff (at WeBox expense). However, WeBox will also provide some complimentary spaces for you to pass on to your guests.
20.20.3. Should you fail to honor any training camp obligations you agree to, your affiliation will be cancelled and any unpaid earnings will be deducted. You may also be liable for further compensation payments.
20.20.4. Training camp eligibility will be on a case by case basis and you’ll have the opportunity to refuse any requests.
20.21. Facilitating Certification Workshops
20.21.1. Certification workshops are generally organized by WeBox directly. You’ll be approached, or you can request, to host a WeBox certification workshop. WeBox certification workshops may benefit from being supported by WeBox marketing and publicity before, during, and after the certification workshops. Generally, certification workshops are ad hoc and you’ll have about 1 months’ notice to prepare. It is likely that WeBox will bring set equipment, so specific space and layout requirements will also be provided on a case by case basis.
20.21.2. Gyms will receive a cut for each WeBox attendee with additional payments being made on a case by case basis based on the needs of the particular event. Your members will need to pay to participate and it is likely that WeBox will supply additional coaching staff (at WeBox expense). However, WeBox will also provide some complimentary spaces for you to pass on to your guests.
20.21.3. Should you fail to honor any certification workshop obligations you agree to, your affiliation will be cancelled and any unpaid earnings will be deducted. You may also be liable for further compensation payments.
20.21.4. Certification workshop eligibility will be on a case by case basis and you’ll have the opportunity to refuse any requests.

21. Coupon code usage policy
21.1.Coupon codes are only valid from the date of issue
21.2.Coupons codes only valid to be redeemed before the date of expiry
21.3.Once a coupon code has been redeemed it will be stored in the coupon section of the app.
21.4.You will be able to redeem/ use any store coupons which will deduct the value of the coupon from your transaction
21.5.The coupon can only be used within the WeBox Group Classes and coaches bookings, however coupons may not be valid for all classes, please ensure you check the details of the class for more information
21.6.Coupons are not transferrable or refundable for cash.
21.7.Once a coupon has been redeemed, it will be removed from the coupon section and no further uses of that coupon will be permissible
21.8.You may only use one coupon per purchase
21.9.If you cancel a class before the time of cut-off, the coupon, and any additional funds will be credited back to your account in the form of coupons.
21.10.If you cancel a calls after the time of cut-off, the coupon, and any additional funds, will not be credited back to your account.

22. Class cancellation policy
We strongly discourage cancellations from both customers and trainers, not only does it create a bad experience for both parties but it also means actual trainings don’t take place. Here we outline the different types of cancellations and any penalties that may be incurred on both the customer and trainer side.
22.1. Cancellation policies for one on one bookings
A booking is considered a booking once the trainer has accepted AND the customer has paid, any cancellations by either party prior to that customer payment are not penalized or considered bookings.
22.1.2. Customer cancellation for single one on one generic booking
22.1.2.1. If the customer cancels more than 2 hours before class no penalty is incurred
22.1.2.2 If the customer cancels less than 2 hours before class, including after class starts then the full price of class will be charged and trainer will be paid
22.1.3. Customer cancellation for single one on one specified booking
7.1.3.1. If the customer cancels more than 2 hours before class then no penalty is incurred
22.1.3.2. If the customer cancels less than 2 hours before class, including after the class starts then the full price of class will be charged and trainer will be paid
22.1.4. Customer cancellation for series one on one specified booking
22.1.4.1. If the customer cancels more than 2 hours before class starts then no penalty is incurred
22.1.4.2 If the customer cancels less than 2 hours before class, including after the class starts, then the full price of class will be charged and trainer will be paid.
22.1.5. Trainer cancellation for single one on one generic booking
22.1.5.1. If the trainer cancels more than 3 hours before the class begins the no penalty is incurred.
22.1.5.2. If the trainer cancels less than 3 hours before class starts, including after the class starts, then. the full price of the class will be deduced from trainers earnings and credited as a coupon to the customer.
22.1.6. Trainer cancellation for single one on one specified booking.
22.1.6.1 If the trainer cancels more than 3 hours before the class starts then no penalty is incurred.
22.1.6.2.If the trainer cancels less than 3 hours before the class, including after class starts, then the full price of the class will be deduced from trainers earnings and credited as a coupon to the customer
22.1.7. Trainer cancellation in series one on one specified booking
22.1.7.1. If the trainer cancels more than 3 hours before class then no penalty is incurred
22.1.7.2. If the trainer Cancel less than 3 hours before class, including after class starts, then the full price of the class will be deduced from trainers earnings and credited as a coupon to the customer
22.2. Cancellation policies for group classes.
22.2.1.Customer cancellation for a single group class
22.2.1.1. If customer cancels more than 6 hours before the class then no penalty is incurred
22.2.1.2.If customer cancels less than 6 hours before the class then the customer will be charged the cost of the class, the trainer will be paid from this charge.
22.2.2. Trainer cancellation for a single group class
22.2.2.1. If the trainer cancels more than 12hours before class then the trainer will not get paid, and all customer payments will be refunded to customers in the form of coupons
22.2.2.3. If the trainer cancels less than 12 hours before the class then the trainer will not get paid, all customer payments will be refunded to customers in the form of coupons, and an additional coupon to the value of the class will be deducted from the trainers earnings and credited to the customer.
22.2.3.Customer cancellation for a series group class
22.2.3.1. If a customer cancels out of a series, each class in a series will be matched against the single group class criteria. The customer and trainer will be credited or penalized in accordance with that.
22.2.4. Trainer cancellation for a series group class
22.2.4.1. In the instance where a trainer cancels out of a series, each class in a series will be matched against the single group class criteria. The customer and trainer will be credited or penalized in accordance with that.

23. Rewards and Incentives
23.1. Certification Level Class Rate Bonus
23.1.1 Tiered increases based on certification level awarded by WeBox.
23.1.2. Eligible coaches will have their per-class rate increased in accordance to the tiered structure shown in appendix A.
23.1.3. Appendix A is subject to change at any time at WeBox discretion.
23.2. Increases will be calculated for any classes undertaken from the point that the coach is confirmed to have successfully passed the relevant level WeBox certification.
23.3. Increases will only be applied to subsequent (future) bookings, any previous bookings, including bundles, multi-bookings and group bookings that were confirmed at a previous certification level class rate will need to be honored at that previous rate.
23.4. Class Volume Bonus
23.4.1. Earn cash bonuses for achieving unique class targets.
23.4.2. Classes must be successfully completed with no complaints by the customer.
23.4.3. Each class must be from different customers.
23.4.4. Refer to Appendix B for details, Appendix B incentives may be changed at any time, subject to WeBox discretion.
23.5. Bundle Purchase Bonus
23.5.1. Earn cash bonuses for unique bundle purchases.
23.5.2. Bundles must be completely redeemed to be valid for bonuses.
23.5.3. Bundles may be from the same customer.
23.5.4.Refer to Appendix C for details, incentives may change at any time, subject to WeBox’s discretion.

24. Referral Program Policies
24.1. Refer-a-Friend (Athlete)
24.1.1. Coaches will gain RMB 50 credit stored in the WeBox system for every customer (athlete) that uses their referral code to sign up to the APP.
24.1.2. Once the credit has reached a threshold of RMB 1000, the coach may submit a request to WeBox to credit this as revenue to their account.
24.1.3. RMB 50 credit is issued when the user has successfully registered to the app and books their first class.
24.2. Refer-a-Coach
24.2.1. Earn RMB 200 for referring a coach that successfully completes their level 1 certification.
24.2.2.The referred coach will need to have applied, attended and passed the level 1 WeBox certification for refer-a-coach bonus to be issued.
